The Paid Membership Plugin, Ecommerce, User Registration Form, Login Form, User Profile & Restrict Content – ProfilePress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary plugin installation in all versions up to, and including, 4.17.1. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary code on the server when a malicious plugin is installed. This required brute forcing the ppress_connect_process key value.
